Senior Project ManagerThe Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various products. As a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, the role will involve defining and prioritizing product features, manage the product backlog, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage cross functional project teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scopeDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgetsIdentify and resolve project issues and risks, escalating when necessaryConduct project reviews and ensure compliance with quality standardsDefine product features, prioritize the product backlog, and work closely with the development teamCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure product vision and goals are understood and implementedConduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisionsEnsure product success through effective collaboration, communication, and continuous improvementSkill RequirementsStrong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and toolsProven experience as a safe product owner/product manager in an agile environmentExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of software development lifecycle and principlesCertification in safe or project management (e.g., safe product owner/product manager, PMP) is preferredCertifications: SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Project Management Professional (PMP)Roles and ResponsibilitiesCandidate with 10+ years of product ownership experience with strong financial background; experience in handling payment gateways or financial productsLead digital transformation; worked in fortune 500 companies; worked in customer facing products like web or mobile appClient is NOT looking for a data person.Also, preferred is a candidate who has played the role of a Product Manager of a smaller shop or start up. As they didn't have the organizational process rigor or same magnitude in ramifications, they can start as a Product Owner.It would be nice to have if one of the product managers have the following skillset: SFDC Marketing Cloud experience.Creating new journey templates and email campaigns.
