Digital Messaging Team RoleDigital messaging team is responsible for the digital messaging to clients through our platform and services at scale. Our digital experience is the way that most clients interact with us daily, and we’re passionate about building the best experience possible for our users. You'd be working directly with the tech teams to handle technical driven migrations, upgrades, and updates.Responsibilities include:Tactical execution of the project(s)Managing multiple technology backlogs, writing user stories, and managing dependencies to keep the project on trackChampioning Agile methodologies, participating as the business analyst roles in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, backlog prioritization, user story preparation and demosCollaboration, development and management of functional features, user stories, high level requirements and detailed level requirements to drive solutionsWorking cross-functionally with technical, design, business, and compliance counterparts to define product refinements and updates based on ongoing client-driven needs analysisExcited to learn new technologies across teamsFocused on execution first and foremost to make sure delivery is successfulInterested in driving innovation from your teams to build and improve app and processes where they see valueComfortable with the concepts of Web Services and API technologiesWorking on integration of cloud services with internal applications and/or databases, including but not limited to integration layers and security layersHands-on in configuring new technical functionality; hands-on in validating functionality and configurationsIdentify, prioritize, and deliver tactical and long-term technical solutions to maximize the business valueFacilitate functional design for release planning objectives and vision with multiple scrum teams & stakeholdersRequired skills and qualifications:5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Analyst who has led teams in a complex enterprise environment where successful projects often require coordination across multiple teamsProduct Strategy – Experienced in building and aligning leadership and stakeholders on product capability strategyServant Leadership – Able to garner respect from your team, lead and demonstrate value-add principles, and willing and able to get your hands dirty to get the job doneClient-centricity – Ensure client-driven solution design across user pain points and ecosystem - Stakeholder Management – Bridge the gap between client experience and platform development by proactively identifying stakeholders and gathering their inputs to inform product developmentAgile – Ability to drive change, stay nimble and pivot to support new ways of doing things across organizational boundaries and shifting prioritiesProduct Execution – Strong track record of delivering ambitious products and strategic business capabilities in agile environment that move the needle and meet or exceed KPI goals.
