What they’re looking for:
- 3+ years of automotive industry experience
- Background in product, category, portfolio, or market strategy
- Strong competitive and market analysis skills
- Experience using data to support pricing, forecasting, and product decisions
- Comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, and technical teams
- Excel experience required; Power BI exposure is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
- Tire experience is a must
