Product Manager, SpecialistThird Party Risk Management (TPRM)’s mission is to reduce extended enterprise risk at Vanguard. We protect Vanguard through our stewardship of the third-party risk lifecycle and enable strategic, risk informed decisions. Within TPRM Strategy and Governance, the Technology Strategy team owns the ServiceNow TPRM module, which enables Vanguard’s third-party risk management lifecycle - from onboarding through ongoing monitoring and governance.As a TPRM Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how TPRM technology capabilities evolve, support enterprise transformation priorities, and deliver meaningful improvements in how Vanguard manages third-party risk.This is a hands-on role with strong cross-functional exposure.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, technology partners, architects, and delivery teams to continuously enhance TPRM capabilities and deliver solutions that simplify complex risk processes.This is an exciting time to join the team!Core ResponsibilitiesOwn the roadmap, OKRs, and backlog for the ServiceNow TPRM moduleTranslate business strategy into prioritized product outcomes within the TPRM domainPrioritize enhancements, defects, technical improvements, and BAU work in partnership with IT delivery teamsDrive day-to-day product decisions across the TPRM module and its integrations with other enterprise systemsPartner with stakeholders across Risk, Technology, Procurement, Legal, and others to understand business needs and deliver impactful solutionsDevelop a deep understanding of user pain points and use data, feedback, and operational metrics to improve product experienceDefine and monitor success metrics, adoption, and outcomes to ensure delivered capabilities achieve intended valueIdentify opportunities to leverage workflow automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and modern ServiceNow features to improve efficiency and user experienceSupport change management efforts to drive adoption of new capabilitiesChampion Agile product management practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvementQualificationsDemonstrated experience owning enterprise productsStrong Agile product management experience with ability to translate strategy into executionExperience supporting organizational change and driving adoption of technology capabilitiesAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and prioritizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindsetExcellent relationship management skills with ability to influence across a complex enterpriseOutstanding communication skills with experience engaging both technical teams and senior stakeholdersExperience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise workflow platforms is a plusFamiliarity with Third Party Risk Management or related domains is a plusWhat Success Looks LikeDuring your first year, you’ll :Build trusted partnerships across business and technology organizationsDeliver high-impact enhancements that improve user experience and operational efficiencyEstablish and execute a clear product roadmap aligned with TPRM prioritiesDrive adoption of new capabilities through effective change managementContribute to the next phase of Vanguard’s TPRM transformationSpecial FactorsSponsorshipVanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.About VanguardAt Vanguard, we don’t just have a mission—we’re on a mission.
