Product Manager - Small Business (Hybrid)

As a Product Manager, you will support one of Enova’s core P&Ls and collaborate across departments to analyze data and make strategic recommendations. You will work with stakeholders to define features and tradeoffs, creating a competitive edge for Enova. Your role involves developing business cases, implementing solutions, and making a direct impact on our business and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies and roadmaps to ensure platform compliance, security, resilience, and usability.
  • Gather customer feedback to drive product development.
  • Coordinate requirements and prioritize the backlog with various departments.
  • Analyze data to identify customer needs, industry trends, and business goals, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Translate legal and regulatory concepts into practical business requirements.
  • Measure and drive the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Communicate milestones, updates, scope changes, and key metrics to stakeholders regularly.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a product-focused role.
  • Experience managing full lifecycle product features or launches.
  • Experience working with agile teams and managing milestones.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of Agile principles.

Compensation:

Annual salary range: $87,400 - $126,400 . Actual salary depends on qualifications and experience. Benefits include bonuses, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and more.

  • Hybrid work model: in-office Tuesday-Thursday, remote Monday and Friday.
