Product Manager (Shopping Experience)Location: Onsite in Cupertino 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Online Store JD Summary: Seeking an experienced Product Manager to join the Retail Online Store team and focus on enhancements to key purchase flow shopping pages. This position requires strong cross-functional and project management skills, business sense, and technical curiosity. You should have a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences through innovative solutions. You will partner on driving a large initiative already in progress, helping to influence design solutions, define requirements, oversee development progress, and establish a robust go-live strategy. We are looking for someone who is collaborative, highly adaptable, and open to developing deep technical knowledge. It is a great opportunity to work on an important initiative and learn the Client's culture and ways of working.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner on leading and delivering a project in-progressEngage various cross-functional partners to address broad business needsConsider input and feedback from a variety of partners when making key project decisions and recommendationsFacilitate regular meetings with partner teams to quickly problem-solveUnderstand the technical landscape related to the project to identify solutionsEstablish the required next steps to drive the project through development, testing, and launchAchieve all project milestones in a timely manner as established by the projectRequirements to be SuccessfulExperience organizing and planning large cross-functional projectsStrong product management skillsAbility to manage ambiguity and take initiativeExperience developing innovative front-end customer experiencesAccount for multiple business stakeholders across variety of teams and technical systems, and synthesize features and capabilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skills, both at the project level and to senior leadership, in a variety of forumsAbility to learn technical (product) concepts quicklyAbility to engage operational teams to plan for launch and provide a detailed strategy for ongoing management of the final productExcellent analytical reasoning and attention to detailSelf-motivated and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working in a constantly evolving environment where ambiguity and short turnaround schedules are the normClear and thorough documentation of project details and operational plansSuccessfully deliver the full scope of the projectEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent education. Technical background is strongly preferred.

Experience in product/project management for a larger internet site a big plus.
