Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional teams for successful product implementations
- Collaborate on annual rate filings with product ownership
- Act as primary subject matter expert for product filings
- Develop internal and external product training
- Report on product portfolio performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 - 10 years in a healthcare setting
- 5+ years as Product/Project Manager
- Managed care experience
- Knowledge of plan operations
- Experience in IT, finance, actuarial, compliance, product implementation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint
- Considerable knowledge of Medicare and Subsidized Connector Commercial products
