Product Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for a 3-6 months contract job with a client in Seattle, WA.

Rate Range: $60/hr.-$62/hr.; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

AI Enablement Training Program- Product Manager

Lead the development and delivery of domain-specific AI training programs using Claude and other generative AI tools. Identify business use cases, create training materials, demos, and exercises, coach internal trainers, and track adoption and productivity improvements. Collaborate with business partners and AI engineering teams to identify domain needs and continuously update training content.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• 1+ year of enterprise training or enablement for non-technical audiences.
• Experience in user research, requirements gathering, and generative AI tools.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, including director and VP audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Retail or e-commerce experience.
• Experience creating video-based or self-paced learning content.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
