Your focus will be on the Target Enrichment portfolio, including SureSelect and HaloPlex technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine market requirements for current and future products using market research and feedback from customersConduct market and competitive analysis to define trends and develop product strategiesDrive the development of messaging and positioning for key products and applicationsCreate effective marketing collateral and sales tools, including presentations, datasheets, and sales trainingsCollaborate with customers and KOLs to develop products, establish partnerships, and penetrate key application areasWork with cross-functional partners, including marketing, R&D, manufacturing, and sales to achieve business objectivesDevelop and improve key processes that support our mission of building a world-class marketing organizationCreate and give presentations at conferences, workshops, and customer sitesBS in biology, molecular biology; related discipline or equivalent.
Master's degree or higher a plus.Experience with Next Generation Sequencing as well as constitutional and cancer applications2+ years experience in the life science industry as a product manager working with worldwide customersAbility to work independently to plan, prioritize workload, assess, and solve problemsExcellent written and oral communications skills and comfortable presenting to high level audiences both internally and externallyStrong team working capabilities across the organization, including R&D, Sales, and ManufacturingClear vision of and commitment to providing outstanding customer focusAvailable for up to 25% business travelAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
