Product Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Business, Architecture, Tech Leads, and Product teams to drive end-to-end project execution.
- Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend data-backed improvements.
- Use SQL to extract, parse, and analyze CRM and ERP datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor business performance.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support implementation of new systems, workflows, and process enhancements.
- Create functional documentation, business process flows, and project artifacts.
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira to support development and testing teams.
- Strong collaboration across business, product, architecture, and engineering teams.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex CRM/ERP data analysis.
- Ability to evaluate business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting system implementations and operational improvements.
- Strong documentation skills including workflows, functional specs, and Jira user stories.
