Product Manager10-12 years of product management experience. Enterprise product management background (Salesforce, Oracle, Visa etc) leading large products that span the organization and customer segments. Has done a significant amount of writing: strategy documents, requirements documents. Wants someone who can write briefing documents similar to the practice that Amazon has adopted. Has spent time in both the business unit and technology and has a good mix of the strategic and tactical: needs to be able to create strategic impact, establish relevance. Excellent communication skills-communication has structure, presentable, able to address biases. Must be able to influence others to see his/her viewpoint. CS degree nice to have.
Experience in BPRD, PRD and UX.
