Job Summary:
Vituity is dedicated to transforming healthcare through collaboration and innovation. They are seeking a Product Manager to champion customer needs, develop business requirements, and lead product development to enhance healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Champion the needs of customers, business teams, and stakeholders throughout the development process, ensuring delivery aligns with project goals.
- Solve important problems for customers and Vituity, creating solutions that users love and enabling effective technology use.
- Discover innovative solutions and make product decisions beneficial for both customers and Vituity.
- Develop and document clear business requirements to facilitate communication between stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Monitor CR inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and achievement of objectives.
- Provide knowledge transfer to colleagues and ensure effective product knowledge sharing for integrations.
- Lead all phases of product development, prepare artifacts, and manage communication between business and engineering teams.
- Develop methods to capture product data, user behavior, and changes over time.
- Analyze markets and capabilities to optimize operational workflows.
- Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Influence and collaborate with others, securing approvals from senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance product features and user experience.
- Manage platform roadmaps, deliver Business Solution Documents, and maintain SDLC documentation.
- Gather requirements for platform enhancements and integrations, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Develop and update Jira cards, coordinate delivery commitments, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Engage in continuous learning about technology and IT methodologies, meeting with mentors regularly.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-4 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience working with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proven curiosity-driven learning in technology and industry trend awareness.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Agile methodologies, and basic AI tools.
- Ability to understand and document business requirements, analyze data, and develop product visions and roadmaps.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage risks and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred:
- Technology certifications (cloud, data, applications).
- Background in healthcare, medical, or pharmaceuticals.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies.
