You will articulate what success looks like for a product and rallies a team to turn that vision into a reality. You will set the goals, define success, help motivate teams, and are responsible for the outcome of the product.Qualifications:5+ years of product management experience; prior experience in fintech or consumer lending is a plus.Outstanding written and verbal communication with a diverse stakeholder audience.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple locations and time.Zones to drive consensus in cross-functional teams.Familiarity with a highly regulated industry.Fluency with agile methodology, product management tools, SQL, Excel, web analytics and AB.Fluency with testing software and its processes.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a technical discipline (engineering, developer, architect dev, economics, finance, etc.)A can-do attitude!
