As the Product Manager , you’ll be the first point of contact for internal product activity—managing requests, coordinating teams, resolving issues, and supporting new product initiatives. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the key contact for internal product requests from the commercial team.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and updates.
- Triage and track incoming product initiatives aligned with company goals.
New Product Development
- Lead product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Partner with R&D on feasibility, specs, and cost/performance targets.
- Coordinate with marketing, ops, and sales on GTM planning.
- Own the product roadmap and timeline tracking.
- Build and implement pricing strategies aligned with market dynamics and business goals.
- Analyze margin performance and recommend profitability improvements.
- Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and sales to optimize cost structures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 3–7 years in product management (ideally in manufacturing, packaging, or a technical industry).
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.
- Track record in product development and lifecycle ownership.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Self-starter with high energy.
- Strategic thinker with an execution focus.
- Thrives in fast-paced and remote environments.
- Collaborative leader with a customer-first mindset.
