The Opportunity

Visibly is looking for a Product Manager to own integration-heavy product work across our operating platform for ECPs (Eye Care Professionals). This role is ideal for a PM who is comfortable owning external and internal API products, driving partner integrations, and leading execution in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes. You will work alongside an existing Product Manager in a peer ownership model, with clear domain accountability and shared responsibility for cross-platform outcomes. You will work across strategy and execution: defining roadmaps, writing clear requirements, coordinating delivery with engineering, and owning release readiness through launch and post-release support.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Product Lifecycle: Manage all elements of the product lifecycle, including ideation, requirements definition, user story creation, testing and analysis, go-to-market strategy, and ongoing product support in ambiguous situations.
  • Define Product Strategy: Develop and maintain product roadmaps, proactively identify market-changing opportunities, and translate business strategy into tangible product features.
  • Collaborate with Engineering: Work closely with the development team within their SDLC, participating in implementation planning, and ensuring requirements are clearly understood and executed.
  • Release Management: Drive release operations in partnership with engineering and QA, including release planning, Jira workflow management, and release notes.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and champion data-driven solutions that meet market demands.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure work is executed in compliance with Visibly’s QMS and documentation standards.
  • Stakeholder Alignment & Engagement: Partner closely across operations, customer-facing teams, and executive leadership to align priorities and navigate delivery trade-offs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of product management experience in software products.
  • 1+ years owning API or integration-focused product areas.
  • Priority Management: Proven ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously, balancing long-term strategy against immediate tactical execution.
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytic and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in SQL, statistical modeling, or similar data analysis tools.
  • Documentation Skills: Strong documentation skills, translating business insights to product requirements for engineering teams.
  • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and oral presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and the executive team.
  • Process Management: Hands-on experience with Jira (or similar systems) and structured backlog management.
  • Self-Starter: Proven ability to independently drive outcomes in fast-moving environments with lightweight processes.

Bonus:

  • Experience in vision care, healthcare technology, or adjacent clinical/regulated domains.
  • Familiarity with QMS and audit-ready documentation practices and/or experience in regulated industries (healthcare, fintech, insurance, etc.).
  • Background in engineering, consulting, implementation, or solutions delivery.
  • UI/UX research and/or design.

Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 annually
  • Bonuses based on company performance
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) plan
  • Flexible PTO: Generous and flexible vacation policy
  • Remote-First: 100% remote work environment, with travel 1-2 times per quarter
  • Please note, while this is a fully remote position based in the US, candidates must have substantial overlapping availability during core working hours (8AM-5PM CT).

Sponsorship Unavailable: Visibly is unable to provide sponsorship or transfer any kind of Visa at this time.
