Title: Product Manager
Location: Remote - Local to the Tri-State area
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Duration: 1 year contract w/ extension + conversion
Rate: $70-$80 hourly

Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager to join the top healthcare organization in the Tri-State area. This individual will partner with research operations, compliance, and technology teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions across the research enterprise. On a daily basis, they will gather and document requirements, map research workflows related to IRB, compliance, contracts, and study operations, and translate those processes into logic and business rules for AI agents. They will oversee the training, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of AI agents, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adoption and effectiveness, and drive the development of 8-12 new agents annually to support and streamline research functions. This person should have a strong background in research as well as training and configuration AI agents on Research workflows.
Must Haves:
- 4+ years of experience within Research Administration, Clinical Research Operations, Research Informatics, or Research Compliance
- Strong understanding of the research lifecycle
- Experience partnering with business & technical stakeholders to support technology or automation initiatives
- Experience training, configuring, testing, or optimizing AI tools, AI agents, automation platforms, or knowledge-based solutions
- Bachelor's degree in IT, information systems, computer science, or related fields
Preferred :
- Experience with research systems such as Huron, Veeva, Benchling, or LabVantage
$70 to $80
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
