- As our Product Manager II, you will work in a management capacity to shape the future of our product. You will help build and deliver solutions to better support our caregiving members, enable our internal care teams to more efficiently deliver a world-class experience, and showcase the value of our service to our clients. You will lead efforts around product vision, prioritization, and scoping
- You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer
- Product Vision & Strategy: Owning and championing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning stakeholders and leadership while exercising strong judgment to prioritize what gets built and why
- Hands-On Discovery: Leading a rigorous discovery process by running user interviews, conducting experiments, and analyzing data to uncover insights and validate hypotheses
- Execution & Collaboration: Working side-by-side with engineers, designers, and data professionals to clarify requirements, solve roadblocks, and guide the development of high-impact features
- Innovation: Actively identifying opportunities to leverage AI and other emerging technologies to create a competitive advantage and deliver step-change improvements to the user experience
- Ownership & Impact: Defining success metrics, tracking product performance against key business goals, and taking full ownership of the product lifecycle from launch to sunset
