Experience using AI coding for production applications and DevOps practices. Demonstrates curiosity and ability to deeply understand systems, workflows, and data. Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, providing recommendations grounded in technical insight and business impact. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for effective communication. Knowledge of BPO or insurance industry is preferred but not required.
