This role will own the product roadmap, gather customer and market insights, and work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and leadership teams to drive business growth and successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute product roadmaps and growth strategies. Manage products through launch, growth, and end-of-life stages. Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to guide product decisions. Partner with engineering on new product development initiatives. Support go-to-market planning, pricing, and sales enablement efforts. Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of Product Management experience in industrial, automation, power, thermal, or related markets.
Experience owning product roadmaps, launches, and growth initiatives.Strong customer-facing, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
