We are committed to innovation, quality, and creating scalable solutions that enhance everyday wellness experiences.Job SummaryThe Product Manager – Product Solutions supports product and technical engagement across assigned OEM accounts and/or market segments, with a strong focus on enabling successful new product introductions (NPI).This role works closely with senior product leaders, Engineering, and Operations to translate customer and application needs into clear product requirements and to support the transition of new products from development into production.Key Job ResponsibilitiesProduct & Technical SupportSupport product engagement for assigned OEM accounts and/or marketsDevelop working knowledge of product platforms, applications, and customer use casesAssist in providing technical guidance and product recommendationsNew Product Introduction (NPI) SupportSupport customer discussions related to product capabilities, applications, and design-in activitiesAssist in requirements gathering, feasibility analysis, and system integration effortsContribute to proof-of-concept evaluations and technical documentationHelp ensure product requirements are clearly defined and aligned with customer applicationsProduct Introduction & Operations CoordinationSupport coordination between Product, Engineering, and Operations to enable smooth transition from development to productionAssist in preparing and transferring product requirements, specifications, and documentation to manufacturing teamsSupport production ramp activities, including issue tracking, communication, and follow-upHelp ensure alignment across teams on product readiness, manufacturability, and quality expectationsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with account management, Engineering, and Operations teamsSupport internal communication, documentation, and product knowledge sharingHelp ensure alignment between customer needs and internal executionProduct Stewardship (Secondary Focus)Capture and structure customer feedback on existing productsSupport identification of incremental improvement opportunitiesQualificationsEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fieldExperience Requirements3–6 years of experience in product management, engineering, or technical rolesExposure to new product introduction processes and cross-functional development environments preferredExperience working with OEM customers and/or market-focused product environments is a plusExperience in Water, Health & Wellness and related industries a plusRequired Skills / AbilitiesStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skillsTechnical curiosity and ability to learn complex systems quicklyClear communication and strong documentation skillsAbility to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teamsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentEEO StatementBalboa Water Group is an equal-opportunity employer.
