Senior Product Manager (Technical)We are seeking a Senior Product Manager (Technical) with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic and growing client marketplace team. In this role, the candidate will own the customer communications strategy for updates on their orders throughout the order lifecycle. Successful candidates will be:Self-starters who can create a vision for what an ideal customer post-purchase communication looks likeAble to use good judgement to create experiences that meet and exceed customer expectationsExperienced in reducing customer post purchase anxiety and increasing retentionExperienced at writing vision and requirement docs with data to substantiate their recommendationsExperience in 2 sided marketplaces is a bonus, particularly in creating rules around seller to customer communications.They will support orders management asks from external teams.This role will be hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in office.Top 3 skills needed or required:Product management fundamentals (discovery, PRDs, testing, launches)Data analysisDay-to-day responsibilities include:Supporting orders management for 3P sellers, including fulfilment and returns aspectsGathering requirements, creating PRDs, and ensuring the orders management flows remove friction and cancelationsThe team makeup is 8 members.Strong preference for PMs from Amazon, Meta, Ebay.Expected overtime per month is 5 hours.Working hours are 40 hours per week.Required skills: Product Management, Data Analysis
