Product ManagerThe IDGS Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing the segment's product strategy across all stages of the product lifecycle, from portfolio assessment and roadmap definition to development, launch, optimization, and end-of-life. Success in this role is measured by portfolio growth, market share gains, margin performance, and the delivery of products that meet clearly defined customer and segment needs. This role serves as the strategic link between market requirements and internal execution, ensuring that Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Technical Services are aligned with long-term segment objectives.The IDGS Product Manager owns and drives the strategic direction, health, and evolution of the IDGS product portfolio across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. This role exists to ensure the portfolio remains competitive, differentiated, technically aligned with market needs, and positioned for sustainable growth.

Acting as the business owner of the portfolio, the IDGS Product Manager is accountable for lifecycle performance, roadmap execution, and the development of next-generation solutions that strengthen market position and support long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Strategy and OwnershipDefine and maintain the IDGS product portfolio strategy in alignment with corporate growth prioritiesEstablish and continuously refine multi-year product roadmapsEvaluate portfolio performance and recommend investments, enhancements, repositioning, or end-of-life decisionsIdentify white space opportunities and prioritize development initiatives based on market attractiveness and strategic fitMarket and Competitive IntelligenceLead segmentation analysis to identify target verticals, customer profiles, and growth opportunitiesMonitor the competitive landscape, pricing dynamics, and technology trendsTranslate market insights into actionable product strategies and development prioritiesProduct Development LeadershipOwn product requirements definition and ensure alignment between market needs and engineering executionDrive cross-functional product development efforts from concept through commercializationLead business case development, including ROI analysis, cost targets, and positioning strategyEnsure solutions meet performance, regulatory, and customer usability expectationsLifecycle Management and Portfolio MaintenanceOversee ongoing product performance, including pricing strategy, cost optimization, and feature evolutionCoordinate product updates, revisions, certifications, and sustainment engineering prioritiesMaintain portfolio relevance through continuous improvement initiativesGo-to-Market EnablementPartner with Sales and Marketing to ensure effective positioning, messaging, and launch executionEquip commercial teams with the tools, training, and market insights needed to succeed in target marketsEvaluate launch effectiveness and adjust strategies based on field feedback and performance metricsCross-Functional LeadershipAct as the portfolio's internal champion by aligning stakeholders around strategic prioritiesProvide direction to Engineering, Operations, and Marketing Communications teams to ensure cohesive executionFacilitate decision-making by balancing technical feasibility, business value, and customer impactQualifications and CompetenciesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA or technical graduate degree preferredDemonstrated experience managing technical product portfolios or product linesStrong strategic thinking and analytical decision-making skillsProven ability to lead cross-functional initiativesExperience working with technical teams and commercial organizations in both local and global environmentsAdvanced proficiency with business tools and data analysis platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite, Figma, Confluence, Jira, Wrike, and MiroCore CompetenciesStrong portfolio mindset with a business ownership orientationStrategic vision paired with execution disciplineTechnical fluency combined with customer empathyAbility to influence without direct authorityClear communicator and persuasive presenterData-driven decision-makerBenefits PEAK's benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCA), and 401K plan.
