We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to support product development and performance across our manufacturing and distribution operations. This role plays a critical part in managing inventory, improving product quality, supporting licensing agreements, and driving growth through customer-focused enhancements and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee product performance and inventory across manufacturing and distribution centers
- Manage licensing agreements tied to product usage and distribution
- Partner with engineering teams to improve product design and function based on customer feedback and field performance
- Develop and execute product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and portfolio plans
- Gather and analyze voice of customer (VOC) insights, conduct market and competitor research
- Track sales data to identify trends, gaps, and upsell opportunities across distribution points
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including operations, engineering, and marketing to align product strategy with business goals
- Support in‑store and on‑site promotional activities tied to product launches and performance initiatives
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in product management within a manufacturing and/or distribution environment
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, supply chain, and inventory dynamics
- Experience with cross‑functional collaboration including engineering, marketing, and operations
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proactive and adaptable, with strong communication and organizational skills
