We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong payments and digital product experience to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of member-facing experiences across web and mobile channels .

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment workflows , digital self-service, APIs, and AI-enabled capabilities, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, compliant, and customer-focused product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities , partnering with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive measurable business value.
- Lead discovery and product delivery to expand capabilities across payments, claims, document intake, reimbursement, and member self-service experiences.
- Define product requirements, user journeys, API integrations, data needs, and AI/OCR capabilities required to support web and mobile experiences.
- Partner closely with Engineering, AI Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
- Define and monitor KPIs such as adoption, completion rates, accuracy, member effort, satisfaction, and overall product impact.
- Translate complex business and payment workflows into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs .
- Drive continuous product improvement using customer feedback, analytics, and operational insights.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Product Management , with significant hands-on product ownership experience.
- Strong payments/payment product experience is required.
- Experience delivering digital products across web and mobile channels .
- Understanding of payment workflows, APIs, integrations, and digital self-service experiences.
- Experience working with AI, OCR, automation, or data-driven product capabilities .
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology teams. xzgxqkn
