Required Skills & Experience
- At least 5-7 years of Product Owner/Product Manager
- Experience working on digital or web based products/projects
- Strong understanding of Agile processes (including: creating user stories, participating/facilitating scrum 'ceremonies', Kanban etc. )
- UX experience: involved in user research, user testing , mockups, wireframes
- Great communication/Ability to interact with dev teams, stakeholders, third party vendors and senior leadership
- Ability to handle ambiguity
- Familiarity with AI Coding/Kero
- EX: Use AI to better help you understand what you are working on, how do you shape up your product requirement docs?
- No drafts that are half baked, sharp at prompting
Job Description
A leading hospital system sitting in New York is looking for a Product Manager to join their Digital Solutions team. This individual will be joining a team that supports custom based applications, specifically a Nurse Scheduling Application. This is a newly bought product that the hospital is using for and an automated nightly upload of schedule data to Kronos MyTime, our organization's employee time-keeping system. This person will be responsible to write business requirements, present to stakeholders, write user stories and own the product backlog. They will be working with a offshore development team comprised of 4 developers that sit offshore.
