About Tunnl

Tunnl is building a future where artificial intelligence enables organizations to connect meaningfully with the people who matter most. We help organizations conduct research at scale, define the right audiences, surface real-time insights, identify optimal communication channels, and measure changing attitudes over time.

Tunnl serves brands, agencies, and advocacy groups alike - organizations navigating complex communications, reputational, and regulatory landscapes. These teams need smarter, faster ways to make audience-informed decisions that stand up to scrutiny and resonate across stakeholder groups. Whether you're building a brand, shaping public opinion, managing risk, or launching a new initiative, Tunnl empowers you to move from insight to impact with clarity & confidence.

Role Overview

Tunnl is seeking a Measurement & Partnerships Product Manager to own two connected functions at the heart of our platform: the measurement products that prove campaign impact, and the data and integration partnerships that make them possible. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this role carries the cross-cutting authority to span Tunnl's product domains-audience, media, and measurement-turning DSP log-level data into connected, privacy-safe measurement that ties what campaigns deliver to who they reached and, ultimately, to how opinions change.

You will work at the intersection of media, data, research, and business development-partnering with engineering, data science, and our research teams while owning the external relationships that expand what Tunnl can measure. You understand how a media buy is planned and measured, how identity resolution works across online and offline signals, and how survey-based opinion measurement fits into the bigger picture.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of measurement projects from data procurement through product integration and client delivery setting the roadmap and priorities for how Tunnl measures advertising performance.
  • Lead DSP log-level data procurement, ingestion, and quality control across major demand-side platforms.
  • Define and oversee the mapping of log-level data to Tunnl's offline PII files using online identifiers in a privacy-compliant way.
  • Connect log-level data into Tunnl's products, including Reach & Frequency and clean rooms, translating raw delivery signals into metrics clients can plan and optimize against.
  • Build the roadmap to tie advertising measurement to opinion measurement, shaping an opinion attribution product that links exposure to shifts in attitudes and awareness.
  • Partner closely with partnerships, engineering, data science, and research to translate partner and business needs into technical requirements and ship reliable, scalable capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of product management experience in ad tech, media measurement, or a related data-driven field, including lead-level ownership of a product area.
  • Hands-on media buying or campaign activation experience-you understand how digital and CTV campaigns are planned, bought, and measured.
  • Direct experience working at a major DSP (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Yahoo, or similar), with a working knowledge of log-level data and campaign delivery.
  • Experience building or managing data and technology partnerships and direct integrations, including the commercial and technical work of standing up a DSP or data-provider integration.
  • Strong understanding of identity resolution, identity graph solutions, and online identifiers-IP address, HEMs, MAIDs, CTV IDs, and cookies-and how they map to offline PII.
  • Familiarity with reach and frequency and other core advertising measurement concepts.
  • Enough research literacy to understand how survey-based opinion measurement connects to advertising measurement and how to bridge the two.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional work with engineering, data science, and analytics teams and to communicate clearly with technical, client, and partner audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data clean rooms or data collaboration platforms (e.g., LiveRamp, Snowflake).
  • Background in programmatic, CTV, or cross-channel measurement and attribution modeling.
  • Exposure to survey research, market research, or opinion/polling data.
  • Track record of integrating partnership revenue opportunities.

Why You Should Apply:

  • Join a team driven by curiosity, teamwork, integrity, and a shared passion for solving big challenges.
  • A friendly, welcoming, and supportive culture with regular social and team events.
  • Comprehensive benefits with excellent medical, vision, and dental coverage.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options.
  • Employer-paid life insurance & short-term & long-term disability, with other voluntary additional coverage available (accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity).
  • Flexible hybrid work policy.
  • Flexible paid vacation plus 80 hours of paid sick leave.
  • 10 paid company holidays per year.
  • 401(k) plan with 100% match up to 3%, plus 50% match up to 5% (subject to IRS limits).
  • Cell phone reimbursement stipend.
  • Monthly parking or commuter stipend for VA-based employees.
