We help teams within Apple collect, analyze, and visualize manufacturing and supply chain data for every iPhone, iPad, Mac, etc. produced worldwide.
Our petabyte-scale systems provide critical insights that engineering and operations teams use to build Apple's next great product.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with manufacturing teams and stakeholders to deeply understand their daily workflows and identify opportunities to solve their most critical problemsDefine and prioritize product roadmaps that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business impact across our platformsPartner with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into well-scoped features, ensuring alignment on goals and successful deliveryEstablish clear success metrics and use data to evaluate product performance, inform decisions, and continuously improve our platformsCommunicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders across engineering, operations, and leadershipMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience2+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related roleStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisionsStrong communication skills and ability to present product strategy and rationale to stakeholdersExperience working collaboratively with engineers, designers, and other cross-functional partnersExperience gathering and synthesizing user feedback to inform product directionExperience influencing without authority and driving alignment across multiple teams and stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsAdvanced degree in a relevant fieldExperience working with enterprise data platforms, analytics tools, or supply chain systemsFamiliarity with data visualization concepts and tools (Tableau, Observable, etc.)Familiarity with statistical analysis and data manipulation tools (SQL, Python pandas, R, etc.)Experience in the manufacturing domainApple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
