We are seeking a mid-level Product Manager to support mobile device and store technology solutions. This role will own key capabilities across handheld scanners, tablets, mobile applications, device management, and related store systems.
Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle for mobile devices and applications
- Translate business and operational needs into product requirements, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs
- Partner with engineering, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Support device onboarding, deployment, upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting
- Drive improvements across scanning, connectivity, application performance, and store workflows
- Manage user stories, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product delivery
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Product Management experience
- Experience with mobile applications, hardware-enabled software, device management, or enterprise technology
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience with device integrations, APIs, scanning technology, or connected workflows preferred
- Retail, store systems, or field operations experience is a plus
