Job Description

Our client is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to translate the sales enablement vision into buildable functional requirements, data definitions, prioritized backlogs, and delivery increments. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, experience/design teams, architecture and data teams, and technology delivery partners to ensure functional decisions are clear, actionable, and aligned with business outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Product Management or Functional Product experience, preferably in Asset Management or Wealth Management.
• Strong understanding of asset management distribution and sales enablement journeys, including lead management, client 360, account hierarchies, engagement, pipeline, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including standard/custom objects, workflows, permissions, and platform capabilities.
• Strong experience in functional and logical data modeling, entity definition, MDM concepts, data quality, data lineage, and entitlements.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Experience working within Agile/SAFe delivery models, including PI planning and functional acceptance.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, architects, designers, data teams, and engineering partners.

Qualifications:

• Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 and Agentforce experience.
• Exposure to AI-enabled or agentic solutions within financial services.
• Experience with headless/composable architectures and reusable services across multiple channels.
