Product Manager, InfrastructureCartesia is hiring a Product Manager, Infrastructure to own the platform our customers and internal teams depend on — the APIs, SDKs, deployment surfaces, and infrastructure primitives that make Cartesia's foundation models usable in production. Your customers are engineers, and your work shows up in design docs, deal cycles, and CTO conversations as much as it does in product specs. You'll partner with engineering, research, and GTM to ship a platform that earns enterprise trust, and to run the enterprise motions that come with it.Your ImpactOwn the roadmap for Cartesia's infrastructure platform — APIs, SDKs, deployment models, and the developer experience layered on topTranslate enterprise deal signals into a coherent product direction; separate one-off asks from real platform investmentsRun customer technical reviews, partner with FDE/SE/Solutions teams inside live deals, and debrief with CTOs to convert technical wins into closed businessMake and defend architectural tradeoffs (latency vs.
throughput, abstraction level, deployment model) in design reviews and PRDsWrite the PRDs, GTM primers, deprecation comms, and competitive teardowns that the company runs onWhat You Bring5–8 years in product, including 3+ years in infrastructure, developer tools, or AI/ML platform PM — shipping against a real engineering roadmapStrong technical fluency: you can read a design doc, run an architecture review, and hold opinions on tradeoffs from first principles. You don't ship code, but you debug in conversationHas owned a multi-tenant platform, dev tools product, or B2B infra product where the customer is also an engineerEnterprise fluency: comfortable in a technical review, a sales pitch, and a CTO debrief — and able to translate between all three. Has worked alongside FDE/SE/Solutions teams in active deal cyclesTrack record of saying no with clarity, not just yes — and shipping iteratively rather than waiting on a perfect specClear, structured writer: your PRDs, GTM primers, and deprecation comms all land.
