The Product Manager, Human Capital and Time Management Applications , serves as a critical bridge between IT and Human Resources, aligning technology strategies with HR business objectives. This role manages the full lifecycle of HR applications such as Workday, Kronos, and Healthstream, ensuring seamless operations and high-value IT solutions. Reporting to the Director, this position combines technical expertise with business acumen to support systems, lead projects, and facilitate strategic IT initiatives within HR.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- At least 5 years of IT experience supporting HRIS systems, with a strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
- Experience with implementation or redesign of scheduling, credential tracking, and identity management applications.
- Proven leadership in managing business relationships and leading technology teams for 3+ years.
- Expertise in project management, ITIL, and software delivery methodologies.
- Strong business acumen and experience as a consultant or facilitator.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience making presentations to large groups.
- Skills Needed:
- Expertise in Workday, Healthstream, Kronos.

- Lead service standards, maintain policies, and promote analytics and application offerings internally and externally.
- Foster collaboration among enterprise partners across clinical, business, and research domains.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, analysts, and engineers.
- Promote enterprise-wide best practices and support data-driven decision making.
- Lead application selection processes, including RFP preparation, with procurement teams.
- Contribute to strategic planning and project evaluation, including financial modeling.
- Ensure quality in digital application solutions and perform other duties as assigned.
