Product Manager - FintechWe're seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to strategize the full lifecycle of product production, from conception to release. You'll work collaboratively with a cross-functional team that includes leadership, engineering, design, customer success, and UX to build strategic plans and execute product launches while remaining aligned with commitments and goals of our organization. Our ideal candidate has fintech and consumer-facing apps experience with a diverse background in B2C and B2B—specifically experienced in successfully launching a credit/debit card.
As Product Manager, you'd be joining us during an exciting time in our journey, and will be involved in every aspect of the product including key technical decisions.Responsibilities:Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the companyCreate roadmaps for product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalitiesCollaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of productsDrive product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations and improvementsCommunicate product strategy and present reports to key stakeholders including problems and solutionsSet long-term vision and goals for productsManage product budgetAssess competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiationSupport and direct the product teamRequirements:5+ years of experience in product management (ideally in credit/debit cards and lending)Prior B2B or B2C product and fintech experienceExperience at a fast-growing startup in a cross-functional environmentTheoretical and practical product management knowledgeExperience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change managementCritical thinking and experience solving problems with technologyExcellent decision-making and leadership capabilitiesAn owner's mindset—rolling up your sleeves to get the job doneAbility to adapt easily and stay motivated despite ambiguity or constant changeProficiency in project management software toolsConflict resolution experience
