The OpportunityThe Enterprise Product Manager owns the full lifecycle of client engagements, from initial scoping through pilot delivery and ongoing iteration. You will be the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders at major customers, translating business requirements into product specifications and ensuring delivery is on time and to standard.This role operates within a pod-based delivery model, where each pod is aligned to a major enterprise account. You will lead your pod, coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, and hold end-to-end accountability for outcomes.
The level of hire will reflect the candidate's scope of ownership and prior experience.Core ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary relationship owner for assigned enterprise accountsLead pod operations: define scope, manage delivery timelines, and coordinate with engineeringGather and synthesize customer requirements into prioritized product specificationsRun stakeholder reviews, present progress to senior client contacts, and manage escalationsIdentify product gaps and expansion opportunities within accountsFeed customer insights back into the core product roadmapAt senior and lead levels: mentor junior PMs and contribute to the development of pod operating practicesYour Skills and Experience3+ years in a product or customer-facing role managing enterprise accounts or complex delivery programsDemonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships independentlyStrong written and verbal communication in EnglishExperience scoping and delivering software products end-to-endComfort with fast-moving environments and frequently shifting requirementsNice to HaveBackground in gaming, media, or creative industriesFamiliarity with AI products, LLM workflows, or agentic systemsStartup or early-stage company experienceTechnical fluency sufficient for substantive engagement with engineering teamsReforged Labs is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
