Implements product development, advertising, viability, and marketing/sales strategies. Maintains relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and advises a team on relevant marketing processes/policies in support of the overall marketing strategy.Key Responsibilities:Increase sales and profitability of the assigned product linesBe the internal champion for the assigned product lines and provide leadership team updates on business needs and direction.Analyze market and develop product strategy to drive share growth for the segmentAssess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.Work with Senior Product Manager to direct marketing communication for assigned product linesCollaborate with engineers, designers, suppliers, and customers to develop product requirements and specifications for new product development.Provide guidance for developing sales and marketing tools that assist the field sales force in their selling efforts of assigned product lines.Ensure customer satisfaction through the sales and order processesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree6+ years of experience in an industrial or HVAC segmentTraveling up to 10% is requiredPreferred Qualifications:Masters degreeExperience with DOAS and WSHP systemsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsWorking knowledge of SAPWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteDue to customer contractual agreements, must be a US citizen, green card holder, or permanent resident of USA.Pay Range: $90,263 - $157,959 AnnuallyCarrier is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
