This role owns the strategy, capability roadmap, and operational integrity of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform. The Product Manager ensures the platform is scalable, reliable, and aligned to business outcomes while partnering closely with Solution Architecture and Production Support teams.
