Product Manager (Data)Duration: 1 Year Contract ++Target Rate: $60/hr C2COffice Address: 115 W Towne Ridge Pkwy, Sandy, UT 84070 (Hybrid 2X per week) – Relocation candidates are okay (if they’re a perfect match) but shoot for local/near local first. They are also open to candidates at their Sunrise, FL office, but prefer the Sandy UT address if at all possible. The whole team sits there.Schedule: M-F, standard hoursInterview Process: 2 roundsVisa Type: Any is fineJob OverviewWe’re looking for a Data Product Manager with strong experience in financial services or banking to join a cross-functional team focused on building compliant, data-driven digital products.

This role bridges the gap between business strategy, regulatory requirements, and data platform capabilities, helping shape the future of banking and digital finance.You’ll be responsible for owning product strategy and execution across data-centric initiatives, collaborating with engineering, compliance, analytics, and cloud platform teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, prioritize, and deliver a data product roadmap aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.Serve as the product lead across projects involving data ingestion pipelines, analytics, compliance, and integration with internal/external systems.Partner with engineering, compliance, data, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.Ensure regulatory, data privacy, and security requirements are effectively integrated into the product lifecycle.Own KPIs, reporting, and product performance insights in coordination with analytics teams.Drive integration efforts involving APIs, third-party vendors, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).Lead product lifecycle planning from conception through launch, iteration, and retirement.Must-Have QualificationsIndustry Experience: Proven experience in banking, financial services, or fintech environments.Cloud Platforms: Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms; AWS, GCP, or Azure.API Understanding: Strong understanding of APIs, data integration, and system interoperability.Data Literacy: Deep familiarity with data concepts, relational and non-relational databases, ingestion pipelines, and analytics.Compliance-Oriented Mindset: Ability to integrate regulatory and risk considerations into product strategy.Technical Acumen: Proficiency in SQL, plus basic programming understanding (e.g., Python, JSON, XML).
