First, the cybersecurity product experiences inside the DeleteMe platform such as dashboards, risk scoring, alerting, remediation workflows, and employee onboarding. Second, the integrations that connect DeleteMe to the systems enterprise customers already rely on across IAM, SIEM/SOAR, ITSM, and HR.This is a hands-on role. You should be comfortable prototyping API integrations, debugging payloads alongside engineers, and designing experiences that make complex security data actionable for non-technical stakeholders.
You will also work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and customer security teams.Responsibilities:Own the roadmap for cybersecurity-facing features: security dashboards, risk and exposure scoring, enterprise admin views, and automated remediation workflowsDefine alerting experiences that surface exposure changes, breach risks, and remediation status to the right stakeholdersOwn integrations end-to-end: discovery, API design, prototyping, launch, and post-launch monitoringBuild proof-of-concept prototypes to validate approaches before committing full engineering resourcesPrioritize across both tracks based on customer demand, strategic value, and engineering effortWrite clear PRDs and user stories; define and track adoption, reliability, and time-to-value metricsPartner with Sales Engineering on technical evaluations and with Customer Success on feedback and adoptionEngage directly with customer security and IT teams to understand their environments and requirementsRequired Experience:3–5 years in product management, development, solutions engineering, or a technical role with product ownershipCan write working code: build a PoC integration, write API calls, and debug data exchange issues independentlyExperience shipping API-based integrations and user-facing product experiences in a B2B SaaS environmentFamiliarity with Cyber Security and deep knowledge in at least one category: IAM/IGA, SIEM/SOAR, ITSM, or HR information systemsStrong communicator who can translate technical complexity into clear requirements and stakeholder updatesWhat We Offer:Comprehensive health benefits - Medical, Vision, Dental401k retirement planPaid Parental Leave20 days of Paid Time Off11 Company-Paid HolidaysBirthday OffWork From Home StipendCell Phone ReimbursementFitness Membership ReimbursementChild Care ReimbursementDeleteMe Gold MembershipDiscounted DM Plans for Friends and Family$165,000 - $170,000 a year The pay range listed reflects our good-faith estimated base salary, depending on experience, skills, and geographic location.
