We are seeking a Senior GenAI Product Owner / Associate Product Manager to join a high-visibility Generative AI initiative supporting a leading Commercial Banking organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a product professional who thrives at the intersection of AI innovation, banking transformation, data, and technology delivery .

In this role, you'll partner with business leaders, data scientists, engineers, architects, and UX teams to build and scale AI-powered products that drive meaningful business outcomes. What You'll Do

Product Ownership & Agile Delivery

• Own and manage product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic goals.
• Partner with Product Managers to prioritize features, define roadmaps, and execute delivery plans.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed epics, features, and user stories.
• Create clear acceptance criteria and Definition of Done (DoD) for engineering and data science teams.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, story grooming, and sprint execution activities.
• Drive end-to-end product delivery from requirements through release and post-launch validation.

Generative AI Product Development

• Help define and deliver GenAI-powered solutions supporting Commercial Banking use cases.
• Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers and data scientists on solution design and implementation.
• Contribute to AI product strategy, prompt design, testing, and evaluation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and responsible AI solutions.

Data & Integration Ownership

• Analyze business and data requirements for AI-driven products.
• Define source-to-target data mappings and integration requirements.
• Validate data quality, identify dependencies, and support enterprise data initiatives.
• Create user stories for APIs, integrations, batch processes, and testing activities.
• Partner with multiple product and technology teams across interconnected platforms.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Facilitate product discussions, manage risks, and communicate project status.
• Document key decisions, requirements, dependencies, and action items.
• Drive UAT planning, defect prioritization, and release readiness activities.

User Experience & Solution Design

• Partner with UX/UI teams to design intuitive, customer-focused experiences.
• Review wireframes, workflows, and user journeys to ensure alignment with business objectives. xhqgsiq

Required Qualifications

7+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Agile delivery experience

Strong experience within:

• Commercial Banking
• Corporate Banking
• Wealth Management
• Financial Services
• FinTech

Proven experience:

• Writing Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
• Managing Agile backlogs and sprint planning
• Working with engineering and data science teams
• Delivering enterprise-scale digital products

Solid technical understanding of:

• APIs & Integrations
• System Architecture
• SDLC
• Web Applications

Experience using:

• JIRA
• Confluence
• Figma
• Postman

Preferred Qualifications

Experience delivering Generative AI, AI/ML, or Data-driven Products

Strong understanding of:

• Large Language Models (LLMs)
