Product ManagerOur client is seeking a product manager to lead product strategy, training, pricing, and lifecycle management across a portfolio of life sciences consumables. This role serves as the internal technical expert and works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering, and leadership to drive profitable growth and successful product execution.Responsibilities include:Develop and maintain strategic product positioning across all clients product linesAuthor annual product line guides outlining features, benefits, strategic positioning, and competitive intelligenceCreate and manage 3-year product plans, including growth strategy, pricing strategy, P&L ownership, and financial modelsOwn the full product lifecycle from conception and development through launch, feedback, and obsolescenceTranslate customer needs and market insights into technical requirements and product charters for engineering teamsExecute pricing strategy and margin review; submit product descriptions and pricing files to customers and dealersMonitor market trends and competitive threats to ensure ongoing relevance of product offeringsIdentify, evaluate, and recommend obsolescence of low- or no-demand productsEnsure alignment between product strategy and overall business strategySupport national sales meetings, sales/marketing initiatives, and distributor engagement as neededWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
