Job Summary

Client seeks an experienced Product Manager to enhance the Creative Cloud Education experience, focusing on improving access for students and teachers. This role involves working cross-organizationally to boost the adoption of Adobe's products, conducting customer and market research to identify and define educational use cases, and developing strategies to meet these needs effectively. Your goal will be to ensure that our educational customers quickly realize the core value of our products, contributing to client\'s growth in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Research customer profiles, use cases, and behaviors to highlight opportunities for growth.
• Define and prioritize product requirements to optimize feature delivery in collaboration with various teams.
• Partner with engineering to transform requirements into functional product features.
• Analyze usage data to refine growth strategies and measure product success.
• Deliver engaging presentations and collaborate with marketing and support teams to communicate product benefits effectively.

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in data analysis and A/B testing.
• Strong ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated experience in product management within cloud-based software solutions.

Industry Experience

• Prior experience with privacy compliance, enterprise deployment, and identity systems is preferred.
• A passion for education and a commitment to addressing the needs of educators and students is essential.
