Reporting into the Product Center of Excellence and partnering closely with Engineering & UX leadership, this leader ensures their team's product strategy is grounded in a deep understanding of Product, UX, and Engineer needs — from developer tooling and platform experience to workflow efficiency and technical enablement. This role owns talent development for their product managers, sets the bar for product craft and stakeholder engagement, and acts as the connective tissue between the Product COE's standards and the specific priorities of the Engineering Experience portfolio.
