Job TitleKey JD requirements:Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job ExperienceMaster’s Degree in Information Technology or other related field5 years’ experience working with airline crew payment, planning or scheduling both key analytical and developmental and roles5 years’ experience with Product Management and Delivery10 years’ experience with requirements facilitation and gathering, defining acceptance criteria, and testing best practices (functional, unit, integration, and regression)Skills, Licenses, and CertificationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasksProficient with Microsoft Office software; specifically Excel spreadsheetsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA good understanding of payroll processing in accordance with labor contractsRelevant certifications in Product Management/Product Delivery fieldThe ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders and convey complex technical information in a simple, clear, and engaging wayDay-to-day Job Functions (Copy Paste from previous job posting):Contributes to the cocreation of Product Vision and Product Strategy tied to Portfolio goalsInfluences leaders, squads and peers on product strategy, roadmap items, OKRs and upcoming releasesCommunicates regularly on OKRs, product roadmap, planned development, upcoming releases, and areas requiring leadership’s attentionPerforms continuous product discovery and offers valuable solutions that align to Product OKRsUtilizes technical knowledge such as A/B testing, product architecture, continuous deployment process, DevOps practices, data models and analytics, querying languages, tools supporting automation/metrics and other technologies in support of the products/services ownedCoordinates with other Product team members to manage product dependencies and increments of valueDefines and maintains a healthy backlog, operating consistently in adopting organizational standards and presents the backlog items with squads and external team membersUses data to define baselines, measure outcomes, share insights, order backlog items, etc.Conducts competitive benchmarking, presents new technologies/solutions, identifies unmet/underserved needSeeks input from product, process and technology areas and balances time-sensitive improvements needed for maintaining both technical and product healthCollaborates with various internal team members (i.e. UX, Technology, Vendors, Risk, Compliance, Security)Practices agility in discovering and delivering value continuouslyRequired Skills: Product ManagementBasic Qualification:Additional Skills:This is a high PRIORITY requisition.
