Supporting product delivery and incubation initiatives, the remote Product Management Associate will gather partner feedback, map journeys, translate business needs into requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance partner experiences. Key Responsibilities Support product delivery by writing business requirements, user stories, and maintaining a prioritized product backlog Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment throughout planning, development, and launch Create and maintain partner journey maps and process flows to identify friction points and recommend actionable improvements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Basic understanding of product delivery, business processes, and partner experience Ability to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and actionable documentation Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio or similar tools Exposure to product management, UX research, or customer experience analysis is a plus
