Product Management AnalystThe Residential Light Commercial HVAC line of business at Copeland is looking for a Product Management Analyst to drive growth and expansion in the residential market segment. Part of the overall Copeland business, the Residential Light Commercial HVAC is a line of business with a large served market, manufacturing locations throughout the Americas, and is projecting strong growth.The Product Management Analyst for the residential segment will be responsible for gathering market intelligence and evaluating market potential to drive business growth. They will support the growth of the Residential HVAC business in the Americas through solution and channel entry strategies but will also play a vital role in the product and market management community supporting the residential business.This is a highly visible role through all levels of Copeland leadership, and reports to the Sr. Director of Residential Marketing and Product Management.As a PRODUCT MANAGEMENT ANALYST, You Will:Act as internal expert on market trends, dynamics, and customer requirementsLead market research – including market segmentation, account classification, market size and growth - and assimilating findings to guide market and business strategyUse competitive, industry, and regulatory trends to determine market entry and roadmap that then feeds product / solution roadmapsCharacterize business opportunities, defining customer personas, and developing channel engagement strategiesAnalyze systems, total cost of ownership, and other value assessments to inform value propositionsDevelop thought leadership and relationships with key opinion leaders, with industry event participationEnable customer buying journey through application & industry intelligenceInform and guide product managers to capitalize on market entry opportunitiesREQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:Bachelor's degree with equivalent business experienceThree (3) years' experience in product management, marketing, product development, technical sales, or engineering.Ability to work with business-to-business productsExcellent written and oral communicationTravel: < 10%PREFERRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE SKILLS:HVACR industry experience and knowledge of HVACR systemsTechnical education / experienceMBAOnsite Work Arrangement:This role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.
