Product Litigation Counsel — Trial Strategy & Leadership

Dow is seeking a Counsel in its Litigation group. The preferred location is Midland, MI, with Houston, TX also considered. You will oversee Dow and its affiliates in a wide range of litigation, including asbestos personal injury and product liability matters.

You will provide independent legal counsel, manage external counsel, draft and review documents, supervise paralegals, set case strategy, budgeting, and communicate with management and clients. Domestic relocation assistance is available.
