Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Counsel in its Litigation group. The preferred location is Midland, MI, but Houston, TX will also be considered. You will provide legal counsel to clients and manage a wide range of litigation for Dow and its affiliated companies.
You will review and draft documents, supervise external counsel and experts, collaborate with internal teams, set strategy for cases, and participate in depositions, hearings and trials. Domestic relocation assistance is available.
