Product Litigation Counsel: Strategic Trial & Settlement Leader

Dow is seeking a Counsel in its Litigation group. The preferred location is Midland, MI, with Houston, TX also considered. You will manage litigation for Dow and affiliates, spanning asbestos personal injury and other product liability matters.

The role requires strong legal judgment, trial experience, and the ability to oversee external counsel, budgets, and discovery while collaborating with internal subject matter experts across the business.
