Product Litigation Counsel: Lead Case Strategy & Trials

Dow invites a Counsel in its Litigation group. Preferred location Midland, MI, but Houston, TX will also be considered. You will manage litigation for Dow and affiliates, including asbestos personal injury and product liability.

Responsibilities include providing legal counsel, drafting documents, managing external counsel, supervising paralegals, budgeting, and setting strategy. Domestic relocation available; travel up to 25% annually. Dow offers comprehensive rewards and equal opportunity.
