Product Litigation Counsel — Lead Case Strategy & Trials

Dow is seeking a Counsel in its Litigation group. The preferred location is Midland, MI, but Houston, TX will also be considered. The role includes litigation management for Dow and its affiliates, focusing on asbestos personal injury, product liability, and related disputes.

Key duties include advising clients, managing external counsel, drafting documents, overseeing paralegals, and setting case strategy. Travel up to 25% may be required.
