Product Liability & Class Action Litigator – Trial-Driven

Dykema seeks a litigation associate in Minneapolis with 3–5 years of experience in complex litigation, focusing on product liability and class actions. Defense-side catastrophic injury experience is highly preferred.

The role includes motion practice, discovery, brief writing, witness preparation for depositions, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, client interaction, and trial readiness. Admission to the Minnesota bar is required.
